Please note the following terms and conditions regarding exchanges:

– While Clocal does not provide refunds, customers have the option to exchange any purchased products.

– All exchanges must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.

– Please reach out to us via direct message (DM) on Instagram if you decide to request an exchange.

– For all exchanged items, it is necessary to return them to us in the same condition, clean, and unused. Additionally, please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, as we cannot process exchanges for items that are not in their packaging.

– The customer is responsible for covering the delivery fees associated with the newly exchanged item being shipped back to them.

– Exchanges can only be accommodated if the products requested for exchange are still available in stock.
